Refund Policy

Payments for Golden Tier are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our merchant of record. Refunds are issued by Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days after approval.

1. Failed AI work is never charged

Credits are charged only for AI steps that finished. If an analysis, mockup or answer fails, its credits are released automatically. No request is needed.

2. Subscriptions (Pro, Studio)

• You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
• First payment:if you ask within 14 days of your first subscription payment and have used less than 10% of that month's credits, we refund it in full.
• Renewal payments and partly used periods are not refunded, except where the law requires it.

3. Credit packs

• Unused credit packs can be refunded in full within 14 days of purchase.
• Packs whose credits have been partly or fully used are not refundable.
• When a pack is refunded, its remaining credits are removed from your account.

4. Billing errors

Duplicate charges or charges caused by an error on our side are always refunded in full.

5. Consumers in the EU and the UK

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. By starting to use credits during that period, you ask us to begin providing the service immediately and accept that the withdrawal refund is reduced in proportion to what has already been provided.

6. How to request a refund

Email[contact email]with the email address of your account and the order number from your receipt, or reply to the Lemon Squeezy receipt. We answer within 3 business days.
