Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Golden Tier (the "Service"), operated by[Legal name of the business], [Business address]("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you may bind it to these Terms.

1. The Service

Golden Tier helps game creators evaluate game ideas. You describe an idea; the Service uses artificial intelligence (AI) to structure it, analyze market, fun and risk aspects, suggest a next step, generate gameplay mockup images, and answer questions about your project.

AI output can be wrong.Analyses, scores, mockups and answers are generated automatically, may be incomplete or inaccurate, and are not professional, financial, legal or investment advice. Golden Tier never estimates metrics it has no data for, but you remain responsible for your decisions and should verify important conclusions, for example with a playtest.

2. Your account

• You must be at least 16 years old and old enough to enter a contract where you live.
• Give accurate information and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account.
• One account is for one person. Tell us at [contact email] if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the ideas, descriptions, images, videos, corrections and messages you submit ("Your Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process and transmit Your Content only as needed to provide the Service to you, including sending it to the AI providers listed in our Privacy Policy. We do not claim ownership of your ideas and do not show your private projects to other users.

You confirm that you have the rights to submit Your Content and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

Subject to these Terms, you may use the output generated for your projects for any lawful purpose. Because AI output is generated automatically, similar output may be produced for other users, and we cannot guarantee that output is unique or free of third-party rights.

4. Acceptable use

You must not:

• submit unlawful, infringing, hateful or sexually explicit content, or content involving minors;
• try to access other users' data, bypass security, usage limits or credit accounting, or interfere with the Service;
• use bots, scraping or automated access except through features we provide;
• resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission;
• use the Service to build a competing product or to train AI models.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

5. Plans, credits and payment

• Credits. AI steps use credits based on their actual cost; the Pricing pageexplains typical amounts. Viewing results is free. AI work that fails is not charged.
• Plans. The Free plan includes 5,000credits per month, more after completing the free quests on the Earn credits page. Paid plans (Pro $19/month, Studio $49/month) include more monthly credits. Monthly credits reset at the start of each monthly allowance period and do not roll over, including on yearly subscriptions. Yearly billing is $182.40 for Pro or $470.40for Studio, charged once per year, with the same monthly credit allowance. Current paid plans use a shared credit budget instead of fixed analysis counts; existing paid subscriptions retain their prior allowance.
• Credit packs (for example 60,000 credits for $10, 220,000 credits for $35) are one-time purchases. Purchased credits do not expire while your account exists, are used after your monthly credits, have no cash value and cannot be transferred.
• Rewards and referrals.Monthly credits added by quests and bonus credits from invited friends are promotional, have no cash value and are granted once per account. We may change or end reward programs for the future. Creating accounts or using automation to collect rewards is not allowed; we may remove rewards obtained that way.
• Payment.Orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Lemon Squeezy, which also handles taxes, invoices and payment methods. Their terms apply to the purchase.
• Renewal and cancellation.Subscriptions renew automatically at the chosen monthly or yearly interval until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Billing → Manage subscription; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow ourRefund Policy.
• Price changes.We may change prices or credit amounts. Changes to an existing subscription take effect from the next billing period after at least 30 days' notice by email; you can cancel before then.

6. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Service available but provide it "as is" and "as available". Features, AI providers and models may change. We may suspend the Service for maintenance, security or legal reasons.

7. Ending your use

You can stop using the Service at any time, delete your projects, and ask us to delete your account at[contact email]. We may suspend or close your account if you materially breach these Terms or if required by law. If we close a paid account without cause, we refund the unused part of the current period and unused purchased credits.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or lost data, or for decisions you make based on AI output. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if greater. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your statutory rights as a consumer.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the app at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after the change means you accept it.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of[country / state whose law applies], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence still apply.
